We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Kitchen (Chef de Partie) to join our Western Banquet Kitchen team.
As a Service Leader - Kitchen (Chef de Partie), we rely on you to：
•Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-La's service and hygiene standards
•Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly
•Manage the overall kitchen operation
We are looking for someone who:
•Has a passion for Food & Beverage
•Chinese kitchen background, familiar with wok
•Enjoys interacting with people
•Loves interacting with guests and engaging them
•Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
•Committed to serving food of the highest quality
•Willing to work shifts
