We are currently looking for a Service Leader/Associate - Guest Relations to join our Rooms team.
As a S Service Leader/Associate - Guest Relations, we rely on you to:
Enhance guest relations and loyalty scoresProvide support to ensure a smooth and efficient Guest Relations OperationHandle all guest requests in a timely, professional and efficient mannerProvide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and outContribute towards a memorable hotel experience for all guests
We are looking for someone who:
Takes pride in being a hotelier
Has strong interpersonal and communication skillsHas a can-do attitudeCommunicates with fluency in English and local languageHas no fear of challenges
