We are currently looking for a Service Associate - Amenity Center & Store to join our Housekeeping team.
As a Service Associate - Amenity Center & Store, we rely on you to：
Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and proceduresRefreshes or replenishes guests’ amenities when needed and as per established policyMaintains and enforces all quality, service standards and procedures for Housekeeping ServicesEnsure that the quality of amenities received are with high qualityCoordinates with related departments for delivery of guest amenities
We are looking for someone who:
Takes pride in being a hotelierPreferably has relevant hospitality experienceHas strong interpersonal skillsIs a self-starter and a team player
工作概述：
确保所有向客人提供的服务都按照酒店的政策和程序进行根据既定政策，在需要时为客人的设施提供补充维护并执行客房服务的所有服务标准和程序确保所有的备品是合格并优质的与相关部门同事协作为客人提供优质服务及设施
