保安员 Safety & Security Guard

1.确保值班内任何时刻酒店的安全
Responsible for maintaining the highest level of Security at all times whilst on duty.
2.保存酒店突发事件及客人投诉等的记录，提交主管采取行动
Maintain a Hotel log book on incidents, complaints etc. and refer them to the service leader for follow up action.
3.协助工程部工作并提醒工程主管故障照明及设备
Assist Engineering and alert the Engineering Supervisor of any lights out of order or faulty equipment.
4.掌握酒店安全政策和规程，并保证严格遵守
Be aware of the security policies and procedures of the hotel, and ensure that they are being strictly adhered to.
5.掌握消防服务及应急程序，以及本部门在紧急情况下应承担的责任
Be aware of the fire and emergency procedures, and departments responsibility in an emergency.
