2.每月制定临时时间表,用以记录上月所有的销售活动或其它相关活动。
3.以周销售计划为基础,每周前或每周后向销售总监提交一份有关销售拜访概况的报告。
4.记录自己客户的统计数据。
5.每月提交客户客房使用量的总结报告。
6.能够处理销售查询。(酒店宣传册、幻灯片、销售手册和酒店礼品)
7.需要时,要承担工作范围外的职责或在某个特定时期内在酒店其他部门工作。
1.Organizes regular visits in accordance to a predetermined plan.
2.Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related activities for the preceding month.
3.Presents a summary of his/her visits to the Director of Sales and Business Development on a weekly basis (Weekly Sales Plan) prior and after the week is completed.
4.Records the statistics of his/her sales accounts.
5.Submits production reports on his/her list of accounts on a monthly basis.
6.Able to handle sales inquiries. (Hotel brochures, slides, sales kits and give-away)
7.It is may be call upon to undertake responsibilities outside her own area and work in other divisions in the hotel for a specific period of time.
