The Director of Sales and Marketing’s mission is to primarily promote the hotel and hotels belonging to the chain in your area/region. This position is accountable for managing the total sales effort within a hotel to achieve the highest occupancy, Average Room Rate and meet budged targets.
2.在饭店关系网和饭店级别范围内及由总经理制定的内部规定范围内,履行自己的职责。
The Director of Sales and Marketing performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by General Manager.
3.与销售团队及行政管理成员一起制定年销售计划。
Formulate business plan annually with the assistance from sales team and executive committee members.
4.咨询行政管理成员,由销售及商务发展总监制定价格策略、优惠政策、特别促销套价及活动。并与餐饮总监紧密合,确定宴会、会议的销售目标、价格及销售流程。
With consultation to executive committee members, DOSBD outlines rate structures, discount policies, special promotional packages and activities; work closely with F&B Director in outlining banquet and meeting sales targets, rates and sales operational procedures.
5.与区域销售办公室及兄弟酒店紧密合作,确立酒店在市场的地位,以及从地区及国际多方取得最大限度的客房预定。
制定长期和短期计划,明确目标市场及客户。
Work closely with international sales office and sister hotels for proper positioning and maximum international and regional bookings.
Make both long and short-term plans, identifying markets and customers according to marketing plan.
6.寻找、面试、选择新成员以建立市场销售队伍,填充具体的工作岗位,并为每一位置提供工作职责概述。
Source, interview and select staff for setting up of sales team, fulfilling specific jobs and provide job description for each post.
7.建立培训模式,积极引导员工,完善销售队伍在职培训,力争创建市场上的最好业绩。制定销售队伍最具有竞争力的月培训计划及年培训计划。
Provide training module, conducting comprehensive and on – going training to sales team for highest standard performance in the market. Drawing training plan on monthly and annual basis to ensure making the Sales and Marketing team the most competent.
8.通过建立横向销售管理手段以争取最大利润。
Conduct yield management for maximum revenue.
9.指导销售人员高速高效地在国内外推销符合雅高公司标准的酒店产品。
Direct sales to promote hotel effectively and efficiently both domestically or internationally and all productions do meet with the requirement of Accor standard and specifications.
10.制定并控制酒店市场销售部的每月预算。
Prepare and administers the hotel Sales & Marketing Department budget on a monthly basis.
