值班工程师Duty Engineer

1.在工程部上级领导下，完成所分担的工作，确保责任范围内的设备安全正常运行。
Under the leadership of Supervisor to keep all equipment within his responsibility area operating correctly and in a safe condition.
2.按照预防性维护计划对所属设备设施进行巡查，对查出的问题要及时跟进处理，以确保设备设施处于完好的状态。
Implement concerning preventive maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment operating smoothly.
3.督促工程报修事项处理，对于重点事项要跟进处理；对运行故障要及时组织人力进行抢修，并制定有效的预防措施。
Arrange staff to deal with daily repairing requests, take action and provide solutions in emergency situation.
4.监督外单位承担大修、技术改造和工程项目，并组织人员密切配合，保证工程符合规定的要求。
Check the construction that carried out by outside contractor to ensure it is up to standard.
5.做好本班组所需材料和零配件的采购计划，保证常用材料和零配件的质量和备用量。
Follow up purchase request procedure to ensure the common materials and spare parts are available at all time.
