1.在主管工程师、领班的直接领导下按计划实施客房区域、餐饮区域、公共区域、后勤区域设施的维护工作。
Maintain all hotel equipment, including guest floor, restaurants, public area and back of house area.
2.严格按照客房区域维护项目、餐饮区域维护项目、公共区域维护项目、后勤区域维护项目顺序进行维护,并填写维护项目表。
Take the maintenance record accordingly.
3.根据客房设施、餐饮设施、公共设施、后勤区域的现状,提出补救意见。
Give comments or suggestions in the maintenance of hotel equipment.
4.完成综合性临时任务,如重要节日成品制作、监督客房、餐饮、公共区域外包工作。
Fulfill other temporary tasks, such as wooden & timber work during festival season, supervise and check the constructions that carried out by outside contractor.
5.认真学习和掌握饭店工程维修各方面的知识和多种维修技能,做到能独立处理维修项目范围内的各种技术问题。
Study professional knowledge so as to repair and maintain equipment independently.
