主要职责
1.负责计算机、网络设备、打印机及外设的维护、管理、故障排除等日常工作,确保酒店各系统日常的正常运作;
Responsible for daily worksuch as maintenance, management and troubleshooting of computers, networkequipment, printers and peripherals to ensure the normal operation of the hotel’s dailysystems;
2. 负责酒店客用网络、办公网络的软硬件和桌面系统的日常维护;
Responsible for the dailymaintenance of hotel guest network, office network software and hardware anddesktop system;
3. 熟悉并掌握酒店行业专用软件和应用,确保酒店各部门使用系统稳定安全;
Familiar with and masterthe special software and applications of the hotel industry to ensure thestable and safe use of the system in various departments of the hotel;
4. 确保客人在酒店有优质的网络使用体验,确保客人无投诉;
Ensure that guests have ahigh-quality Internet experience in the hotel and ensure that there are nocomplaints from guests;
5. 做好酒店网络安全防护措施,确保不发生网络安全事故;
Take hotel networksecurity protection measures to ensure that no network security accidentsoccur;
6. 安装和维护公司计算机、服务器系统软件和应用软件,同时为其他部门提供软硬件技术支持。
Install and maintaincompany computers, server system software and application software, and providesoftware and hardware technical support for other departments.

Job requirements
1. 具有一定的英语基础,形象气质佳,普通话标准;
Have a certain Englishfoundation, good image and temperament, standard Mandarin;
2. 通信、电子工程、自动化、计算机等相关专业,大专或以上学历;
Communication, electronicengineering, automation, computer and other related majors, college degree orabove;
3. 工作主动性强,学习性强,耐心细致,有责任心;
Strong work initiative, learning wall, patientand meticulous, and responsible;
4. 对酒店行业有热情,实习生、应届毕业生优先。
Enthusiasm for the hotelindustry, interns and recent graduates are preferred.
