Prepareall administration documents required by the Hotel sales team

Attend to telephone, fax, email enquiries in a timelymanner

Co-ordinate all familiarizations and siteinspections as required

Attend monthly sales meetings

Attend to all sales department mail and maintain acorrespondence data base

Assist with direct mail campaigns
协助直邮广告工作。
