Main Responsibilities 主要责任
1、Performs all duties as assigned by management.

2、Supervises and works with casuals when given assignment in set up or breakdown of functions.

3、Maintains cleanliness and mise-en-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation according to Event Order.
保持工作场地、橱柜及仓库的干净、整洁,足够的库存量,以便顺利完成宴会工作。
