西餐厅经理ADD Manager

岗位职责：
To ensure smooth and efficient operation of assigned
outlet. Operate the outlet as a business unit as per the standards and
procedures and practice managerial principles, in order to achieve departmental
goals, in terms of Guest Satisfaction, financial targets, and training and high
employee morale.
确保餐厅的顺利运作，并超越客人的期望。根据标准与程序将餐厅作为生意单位来经营。不断提高、完善管理技能，以实现本部门在客人满意率、利润收入指标、提高员工士气等方面目标。包括但不限于以下职责：
• Monitor and controll departmental cost on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget
监督和控制部门在运作中的花费并且根据预算作出开支
• Assists in the preparation of the hotel strategic plan, goals program, and Food and Beverage Departmental Budget
协助部门的战略计划，目标以及餐饮部预算的准备工作
• Demonstrate co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments to deliver positive results
保持同事、主管、团队及部门间互相合作及信任
• Solicit guest feedback to improve food and service quality.
征求宾客意见以改善食品及服务质量
• Assist with addressing customer questions and issues relating to All Day Dining services.
协助客户解决与全日制餐厅服务有关的问题
• Take part in Strategic Planning and Development
参与战略计划的制定和开发
• Assist with the Planning and implementation of sales & Marketing Strategies
协助市场营销战略的计划和实施
• Manage outlet operation
管理餐厅运营
• Staff Management, Supervise Staff, Instruct Staff (One to One)
员工管理; 指导员工; （一对一）指导员工
• Manage Guest Service, Sales and Promotion of Products.
管理对客服务，销售和促销产品
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including finance, equipment, suppliers, markets, and current trends and make recommendations for appropriate adjustments to All Day Dining outlet operations accordingly
保持对产品的综合性知识的了解，包括财务、设备、供应商、市场和当前趋势，并相应的建议厨房运作部进行适当调整
岗位要求：
1.酒店管理，市场营销或相关专业大专及以上学历，2年以上国际联号同等经验。
2.精通国际联号品牌西餐厅服务标准和管理流程，善于处理各类客人的实际问题。
3.具有对市场敏锐的洞察力和快速反应能力，对营销策略有强有力的执行能力。
4.具有高度的事业心和责任感、良好的职业道德和纪律修养。
5.具有较熟练的英语口语能力，良好的中英文书面沟通能力、计算机办公软件操作能力。
6.具有较强的语言表达能力、领导能力，善于评估员工、培训员工并激励下属员工工作。
