About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the F&B Service Department. The Trainee- F&B Service reports to the Front Office Manager.
As Trainee-F&B Service, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Musthave good food and beverage knowledgeAttendall mandatory training sessions arranged by MOPerformservice in small VIP/private dining functions that are not handled bybanquetingEnsurecorrect quality, presentation and delivery of all dishes and drinksPerformall administrative tasks designated to him/her by management Attenddaily meetingsMustbe capable of handling all relevant equipmentMustbe familiar with all billing proceduresMustbe able to set up service stationsMustbe able to set up tables for all meal periodsStartand finish shifts at the correct time
As Trainee-F&B Service, we expect from you:
Degree / Higher Diploma /Diploma in Hospitality Management / Human Resources Management / Management Study.A minimum of 6 months hotel operational working experience.Administration / Human Resources related experience within the hospitality or high end customer service discipline a plus. Fluent in English and Chinese(verbal, written and comprehension)Ability to coordinate multiple tasks Ability to interact with people from a variety of culturesSound knowledge of hospitality industry essentialExcellent communication and presentation skills

工作地点位于上海浦东文华东方酒店，在餐饮服务部，实习生-餐饮服务向餐厅经理汇报。
作为实习生-餐饮服务部，您将负责以下职责：
必须有良好的餐饮知识完成所有管理层指派的任何行政任务确保高质量，正确的出品和传送所有食品和饮料不由宴会厅处理，在小型重要客人/私密性客人用餐时提供服务参加所有文华组织的培训课程参加每日会议必须能够控制相关设备必须熟悉所有账单程序必须能够搭服务台必须能够为任何用餐搭台准时开始和完成轮班
作为实习生-餐饮服务部，我们对您的期望：
学位/高级文凭/酒店管理/人力资源管理/管理学文凭。至少6个月的酒店运营工作经验。有酒店或高端客户服务领域行政/人力资源相关工作经验者优先。流利的中英文（口头，书面和理解）能够协调多个任务能够与来自不同文化背景的人交流具备良好的酒店行业知识优秀的沟通和表达能力
