1. 销售策略与计划
制定并执行亚太区域的年度销售计划与区域销售策略，确保完成营收与出租率等核心指标。
Develop and implement the annual sales plan and regional sales strategy for the Asia Pacific region, ensuring achievement of key targets including revenue and occupancy rate.
2. 企业客户开发与维护
开发并维护企业协议客户（Corporate Accounts）、大客户及本地商务客户资源，建立长期合作关系。
Develop and maintain corporate accounts, key accounts and local business client resources, building long-term partnerships.
3. 渠道拓展与管理
拓展并管理 OTA（如Trip.com、Agoda、Booking 等）及线下直销渠道，优化渠道结构与佣金成本。
Expand and manage OTA (e.g., Trip.com, Agoda, Booking) and direct sales channels, optimizing channel mix and commission costs.
4. 销售团队管理
带领、培训并激励销售团队，制定团队 KPI 并实施绩效考核与激励方案。
Lead, train and motivate the sales team, setting team KPIs and implementing performance appraisal and incentive programs.
5. 市场与竞争分析
持续监控市场动态、竞争对手价格与产品策略，为定价和收益决策提供依据。
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor pricing and product strategies to support pricing and revenue management decisions.
6. 收益与定价支持
配合收益管理部门进行房价策略制定、预测与复盘，提升整体 RevPAR 表现。
Collaborate with Revenue Management on rate strategy formulation, forecasting and review to improve overall RevPAR performance.
7. MICE 及会议宴会业务
开发并执行商务会议、奖励旅游、大型会议及宴会（MICE）业务，拓展增量收入。
Develop and execute MICE business including corporate meetings, incentives, conferences and events to drive incremental revenue.
8. 跨部门协作
与前台、餐饮、市场及运营等部门紧密协作，推动餐饮、客房及配套产品组合销售。
Work closely with Front Office, F&B, Marketing and Operations departments to drive bundled sales of rooms, dining and ancillary products.
9. 数据与报告
定期统计和分析销售数据，编制销售报表并向管理层汇报，为区域决策提供支持。
Regularly compile and analyze sales data, prepare sales reports and present to management to support regional decision-making.
10. 品牌标准与客户满意度
严格执行华住品牌标准与服务规范，跟进客户投诉处理，持续提升客户满意度与忠诚度。
Strictly uphold H World brand standards and service guidelines, follow up on customer complaint resolution, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
