【岗位职责】Job Responsibilities:
1、直接负责礼宾部的工作。
Directly responsible for the work of the concierge department.
2、对酒店的宾客提供礼貌专业的服务;协助重要宾客的入住和离店。
Provide polite and professional service to hotel guests; Assist important guests with check-in and check-out.
3、管理行李房,确保所有的行李有行李标签并且安全存放在合适的位置。
Manage the luggage room to ensure that all luggage is labeled and securely stored in a suitable location.
4、负责所有的特殊事情和酒店服务的有关信息的公告。
Responsible for all special matters and announcements related to hotel services.
5、确保工作区域内的所有设备处于良好工作状态。
Ensure that all equipment in the work area is in good working condition.
6、参与员工的培训工作。负责员工的日常培训,制定培训计划。
Participate in employee training. Responsible for daily employee training and developing training plans.
7、宾客有要求时,为预计离店的宾客安排出租车、机场班车的服务。
When guests have requests, arrange taxi and airport shuttle services for guests who are expected to leave the hotel.
【岗位要求】Job Requirements
1、大专以上学历,有同岗位工作经验2年以上;
College degree or above, with more than 2 years of work experience in the same position
2、身体健康,品貌端正,形象气质佳。
Good physical health, upright appearance, and excellent image and temperament.
3、优秀的组织管理能力。
Excellent organizational and management skills.
4、优秀的交际能和沟通技巧。
Excellent communication skills and abilities.
5、善于同宾客交往、沟通,处理周到、果断,能独立处理各种投诉。
Skilled in interacting and communicating with guests, thoughtful and decisive in handling various complaints, and able to handle them independently.
