Assist the Owner Representative with daily administrative tasks,
including but not limited to document drafting, file organization, meeting minutes,
and telephone handling;
协助业主代表处理日常行政事务,包括但不限于公文撰写、文件整理、会议记录、电话接转等工作;
Coordinate the schedule of the Owner Representative’s office,
arrange meetings, business negotiations, and travel itineraries efficiently and
smoothly;
负责业主代表办公室的日程统筹,合理安排会议、商务洽谈及差旅行程,确保高效顺畅;
Draft, review, and archive various business reports, plans,
summaries, resolution briefs, and official correspondence;
起草、审核、归档各类业务报告、计划、总结、决议简报及公文函件;
Assist the Owner Representative in the initial review and follow‑up
of hotel contracts, documents, and financial payables;
协助业主代表对酒店合同、文件等资料及财务应付款项进行初审与跟进;
Facilitate communication and coordination between the Owner
Representative and hotel departments, ensuring timely transmission and feedback
of work information;
协助业主代表与酒店各部门沟通协调,及时传递、反馈各类工作信息;
Properly keep all hotel contracts, licenses, important
documents, and related statements, and strictly adhere to confidentiality
policies;
妥当保管酒店各类合同、证照、重要文件及关联报表,严格执行保密制度;
Complete other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Owner
Representative.
完成业主代表交办的其他临时性工作。
