财务经理

岗位职责：
1) The organization draws up the management company'sfinancial control stipulation, establishes enterprise internal accounting thecontrol system, the control inspection all levels of finance operation and thefund revenue and expenditure situation.
组织拟定管理公司的财务管理规定，建立企业内部会计控制制度，监督检查各级财务运作和资金收支情况。
2) The verification management corporate finance report formand the report, and confirmed after its authenticity, accuracy, reports thehigher authority company and other units concerned.
审核管理公司财务报表和报告，并确认其真实性、准确性后上报上级公司和其他有关单位。
3) The inspection, the verification and the analysisfinancing plan and the budget establishment situation, carries out the resultto the budget to report the owner Department responsible for the work promptly.
检查、审核与分析财务计划和预算的编制情况，对预算的执行结果及时上报业主主管部门。
4) Is responsible for the enterprise finance and accountingorganization, the duty establishment and affairs personnel’s' equipment, the co-operationproposes the plan.
负责企业财会机构、职务的设置和财务人员的配备、聘任提出方案。
5) Every quarter to the higher authority Finance departmentreported this enterprise main finance work and the existence question, and putsforward the related proposal, major issue or regular prompt report.
每季度向上级财务部门报告本企业主要的财务工作及存在的问题，并提出相关建议，重大问题要不定期及时报告。
6) Is in charge of the company significant finance revenueand expenditure work, the significant financial revenue and expenditure mustreport the owner enterprise people in charge to authorize promptly.
主管公司重大财务收支工作，重大财务收支必须及时上报业主企业负责人批准。

参与会签涉及重大财务收支的业务方案、经济合同的签订。
8) Participation draws up enterprise's appropriation ofprofit plan.
参与拟定企业的利润分配方案。

对在管理中出现的违反国家法规、集团规定和损害业主权益的行为，有权做出制止和纠正。
