1.To ensure that all personnel files and records are complete, accurate and current;

6.To prepare all supporting documents for work permits and visa applications;

7.To maintain all records for the purpose of legal and governmental purposes;

8.To administer the performance review system according to the annual schedule;
根据年度记录执行绩效评估系统;
9.To administer the annual leave and holiday system keeping accurate records of days owed;
做好年假及假期统计以保证假期记录的准确性;
10.To keep records of the personnel activities required at month end submitting operational reports on time;
做好月度人事变动记录,并按时递交运营报告;
11.To assist with updating all staff notice boards;
协助更新员工信息栏;
