Responsibilities岗位职责
1.Assist the General Manager in daily work and prepare related documents.
2.Arrange & minute kinds of meetings for GM, and learn the action process; give timely feedback to GM on time.
3.Assist the general manager in time management and arrange schedules.
4.Must be ready and responsible when assigned to other position by GM.
1.协助总经理的日常工作,起草各类相关文书;
2.负责安排总经理召开的各项会议,并做好会议记录,掌握执行情况,及时反馈有关信息;
3.协助总经理做好时间管理工作,安排各项行程;
4.总经理交付的其他事项。
Job Specifications 岗位要求:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluency in written and oral English, international hotel working experience would be preferred.
2. Has general knowledge of hotel operation and management, familiar with hotel secretarial work and administrative management knowledge.
3.Good writing skill, politeness and good manners.
4. Understand tourism regulations and relevant economic laws and policies, familiar with foreign affairs discipline
5. Good communication ,organization & coordination skills .
6. Good writing skills, able to write various application documents, plans, summaries, reports, etc.
1、本科及以上学历,精通英文,有酒店工作经验尤佳;
2、掌握酒店经营管理一般知识,熟悉酒店秘书工作和行政管理知识;
3、掌握应用文撰写方法,懂得接待礼仪、礼节;
4、了解旅游法规及有关经济法规和政策,熟悉外事纪律;
5、能处理一般的文件、函电和资料,具有较好的协调、接待工作能力;
6、有较好的文字组织能力,能撰写各类应用文稿及计划、总结、报告等。
