Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
1.Be familiar with daily operations of the Lobby Bar, complete cleaning work and prepare spare supplies properly.
熟悉大堂吧日常工作内容，做好卫生打扫及备品的准备工作。
2.Master wine list knowledge and provide guests with standardized services.
掌握酒单知识能够为宾客提供规范化，标准化的服务。
3.Take good care of Lobby Bar facilities and equipment, and report potential hazards in a timely manner.
爱护大堂吧的设施设备，出现隐患及时上报。
4.Check and hand over service supplies of the Lobby Bar, and complete monthly inventory work.
检查交接大堂吧服务用品，做好每月盘点工作。
5.Participate in training sessions and improve professional competence as soon as possible.
参加培训并尽快提高自身的业务水平。
6.Conscientiously complete work tasks assigned by supervisors.
认真完成上级交办的工作任务。
7.Maintain guest profiles and actively communicate with guests.
做好宾客档案，积极与宾客沟通。
Job Requirements 岗位要求
1.Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with more than one‑year relevant working experience are preferred.
应届生亦可，有一年以上相关工作经验优先考虑。
2.Senior high school diploma or above, with basic English skills.
高中以上文化程度，具有一定的英语基础。
3.Possess strong sense of dedication and responsibility, noble professional ethics and good discipline awareness.
具有强烈的事业心和责任感，高尚的职业道德，良好的纪律修养。
4.Able to work in accordance with service standards, quick‑witted and flexible in response.
能够按服务标准进行工作，反应灵敏，机智灵活。
