· 做到大量的市场调查,保持完善杰出的酒店产品知识。
Conducts extensive competitor research and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel.
· 持续的观测与评估当地的,国家的以及国际的市场发展趋势。关注竞争酒店的销售行动,以确保酒店销售拥有竞争力。
Constantly monitors and evaluates local, national and international market trends, and the competitor hotels’ sales initiatives, in order to make sure the hotel’s sales remain competitive and cutting edge.
· 通过与客户的电话,合同和书写交流,确保酒店保持高水平的发展。
Ensures a high level of exposure for Hotel through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written communications.
· 确保使用凯悦的DCP销售哲学和销售原则,做到专业的销售拜访。
Ensures professional sales Calls using Hyatt’s Consultative Selling principles and DCP philosophies.
· 协助以及贯彻执行所有在销售部重要事项及解决方案和3个月行动计划中所列出的销售相关活动。
Assist to prepare and implements all sales activities outlined in the Critical Sales & Marketing Issues and Resolutions and 3-month Action Plan.
· 认真计划销售拜访以达到销售目的。
Carefully plans Sales Calls into defined objectives.
· 仔细了解酒店设施,特征及服务知识。
Maintains a detailed knowledge of Hotel facilities, features and services.
· 广泛关注竞争对手的动态,保持完善杰出的酒店产品知识。
Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the hotel.
· 确保持续的高效的销售拜访,并汇报给销售总监所获得的信息及机会。
Ensures systematically and efficiently calls on allocated Accounts within location and reports findings and opportunities to the Director of Sales.
· 提前评估并开发酒店的各种数据,开发合适的和高效的销售战略。同时提高酒店的市场份额。
Pre-qualifies and targets prospects, utilising hotel database and develops appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.
· 专业的电话沟通,处理各种酒店新生意的询价,并及时跟进。
Professionally conducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities. Follows up sales leads to identify prospect.
· 酒店VIP客人到店或离店时,接见并问候。
Meets and greets VIP guests upon arrival/departure.
· 计划出差,拜访与酒店生意相关的新客人或潜力目标顾客。
Plans and makes Sales trips to the parties concerned which is our current and potential clientele to explore into new business opportunities.
· 带客人参观酒店及款待客人。
Entertains and conducts hotel tours to relevant representatives/delegates whenever required.
· 为即将计划在酒店办活动的客户建立强大的联系资源。
Establishes strong contacts to source for information in regard to planned and upcoming functions/ events.
· 协助销售伙伴在对方不在时跟进其所有相关事宜。
Assists Sales Buddy to follow-up on all matters in the absence of Sales Buddy.
