Assists in the implementation of the hotel’s Marketing Communications Strategy (goals, tactics and actions).

Provides administrative support to the Department.

Maintains and updates the hotel’s photographs and information on brand website and OTA channels.

Familiar with CQ5 system
· 管理Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, 微信, 微博等社交媒体平台
Manage Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Wechat and Weibo social media platforms
· 定期更新酒店客房内DigiValet内容
Update DigiValet content in the guestroom
· 定期更新iSalesKit内容
Update iSalesKit for sales team
· Check guest reviews on TripAdvisor and other OTA platforms and share with related departments
