Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Smooth communication skill both in English and Chinese.
3. Good skill in computer.
4. Sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
5. Patient and happy to learn.
6. At least 3 year's working experience.
主要职责
Main Duties:
主要负责接收传入的线索,接听打来的咨询电话以及对其的回电,回复两小时内收到的邮件
Primarily responsible for converting all incoming leads, answer incoming telephone inquiries and phone back emailed enquiries within two hours of receipt.
如果在所需的时间框架内成功处理,应积极为公司通过如电话销售等,不同的销售手段来收集更多的会议宴会生意。
If all enquiries are being successfully converted within the required timeframe, pro-actively source more Events business through various sales efforts, such as telemarketing.
在必须时招待来酒店实地考察的客人。
Entertains and conducts Hotel inspections to clients whenever required.
建立并保持与确定客人的紧密联系,时常发掘新的商业机会。
Establishes and maintains strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explores into new business opportunities.
与相关运营合作部门联络合作确保能够迎合顾客的需求期待。
Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guest's requests and expectations are being met.
礼貌高效处理顾客和雇员的询问,如没有即时的解决方案,报告问题或投诉并及时跟进
Handles guest and employee’s inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found and ensures a prompt follow-up.
与顾客同事保持良好的人际工作关系
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
