Personally verify that all guests are receiving the best possible service in line with the “Spa Experience Programme” and the hotel standards
确保及时更新当前的促销，政策改动和备忘录
Awareness of all current promotions, policy changes and memorandums
准备每日，每周，每月的报表，包括数据的统计分析，设备的使用，市场的评估
Prepares all daily, weekly and monthly reports on all management aspects, to include statistical analysis of participation and use of facilities, market appraisal and evaluation
根据区域水疗总监和酒店管理层的要求按时出席各种会议
Attends meetings and briefings as required by Hotel Management and Area Spa Director
定期回顾Spa的各项政策和进程，采取有效的措施，制定并提出改进建议
Regular review all policies and procedures relating to the spa taking action to formulate and propose improvements
确保员工完全理解凯悦国际关于水疗的各项政策和规定，并按照规章制度执行
To ensure that the associate have a complete understanding of and adhere to all polices and procedures
协助准备年度水疗中心商业计划与月度水疗市场推广计划
Assist with the preparation of annual Spa Business Plan and prepare Spa Marketing Workbook on a monthly basis
