岗位职责
1. To ensure that hotel expenses are minimized through the use of effective purchasing and by obtaining the most competitive prices for goods and services.
通过使用有效的采购和获得最具竞争力的货物和服务价格来确保酒店费用最小化。
2. To monitor all costs in his department and recommend/institute measures to control them.
监督本部门的所有费用,并建议/制定控制措施
3. To implement all operating and control procedures to ensure that movement of goods into and within the hotel is properly accounted for.
执行所有操作和控制程序,以确保货物进出酒店内的货物正确入账。
4. To ensure that every department in the hotel receives goods as they require.
确保酒店的每个部门都按要求接收货物。
5. To ensure that all company policies, procedures and standards are adhered to.
确保所有公司的政策、程序和标准得到遵守。
6. To obtain and coordinate all product and purchase specification – from the various heads of department
从各部门负责人获得和协调所有的产品和采购规范。
7. To ensure that proper operating standards are adhered to in the area of purchasing.
确保在采购方面遵守适当的操作标准。

- 年龄要求:28-45岁
- 语言要求:中国普通话-熟练
