Job Description:
1. Fully utilize available tools and systems to maximize revenue.
2. Responsible for the continual development, implementation and monitoring of sales strategies through historical & current data and future trends to assist with corporate performance decisions.
3. Review hotel's market performance using STR & other performance-based reporting, demand analysis, and other sources.
4. Review short and long term revenue forecasts and identifying areas of opportunity and strategies to improve revenue performance.
5. Understand the synergies and efficiencies of the available distribution channels and use the resources to increase revenue for the hotel.6. Establish and maintain meaningful external and internal relationships with stakeholders and partners.7. Working closely with field performance support and regional revenue to develop and drive hotel promotions for better revenue performance.8. Achieve Rate parity.9. Assists in developing the annual budget to meet/exceed hotel goals.10. Update Promo brief coordinate all promotion launches.11. Review and coordinate room type modifications to maximize revenue opportunities.12. Review and assist hotel on market positioning, revenue performance projections, rate structure, and strategies.13. Rate structure review annually and whenever necessary.14. T&C review annually and whenever necessary.15. Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established BTHR standards
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Possesses experience in hospitality revenue management, distribution and/or reservations
Possesses proficiency level of analytical and problem-solving skills
Possesses visible interest in numbers and systems
