4.Monitors on the using of stationery & printing materials in the Office.
负责文具,纸张等办公用品的补充及发放。
5.Be responsible for the translation or some other word input in the HR office.
负责相关文字的电脑输入及翻译。
6.Attend the following meetings and for the minutes .
参加以下会议并负责会议纪要。
a)Department meetings at discretion of HRD or HRM;
人力资源总监或人力资源部经理决定的会议;
b)Other meetings on called.
其他被通知要参加的会议。
7.Maintains effective internal communication with associates.
保持和员工的有效沟通。
8.Provide necessary information and explanations to associates in the time correctly and accurately as required.
为员工的询问提供准确而正确的回答及解释。
9. Assist in Certain L&D activities and paper work.
协助培训部开展培训活动或进行培训文件的收集和整理等相关事宜。
