Ensures the smooth
running of the Concierge department and related areas according to the
established concept statement providing courteous, professional, efficient and
flexible service at all times.

Maintains guest
satisfaction and that all associates adhere to Policies & Procedures as
laid out in the Department Operations Manual.
§ 组织每天所在班次的例会,宣布每天的住房率、到店客人、离店客人、会议/活动,以及需要注意的事项。
Conducts daily
pre-shift briefings to associates on room occupancy, arrival and departures,
functions/ event and special attention that is needed.

Handles guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and
reports guest complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found and
ensures follow up with guests.

Constantly explores
landmarks and points of interest (restaurants, sights, expeditions, etc.) in Zhenjiang and China to update hotel data. Ensures
updated information is passed on to associates.

Promotes World of
Hyatt programmes to potential guests whenever possible.

Acquires and updates
knowledge the various airlines’ frequent flyer programmes.

Participates in
Sales Calls whenever required to establish relationship/ coordination with
potential clients.

Ensures that all
associates are constantly updated on accurate information about the Hotel and
all sister properties, their services/ promotions and facilities.

Establishes an
updated database, including suitable restaurants, bars, museums, places of
worship, theatres, night clubs, department stores, shopping districts etc.
§ 在职责范围内协助准备部门预算。
Assists in the
preparation of the Department Budget within his/ her field of responsibility.
§ 准备并检查所有的零用现金和采购请求。
Prepares and checks
all petty cash and purchase requests.
§ 确保符合部门运营预算,并严格控制成本。
Ensures that the
department’s operational budget is in line and costs are strictly controlled.
