Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales, Senior Sales Managers, in coordination with the Director of Commercial Development, implements all sales activities in his/her area of responsibility, and assist Sales Manager handles groups less than 10 guestrooms, as well as the catering in house.

1. Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market area as outlined in the Marketing Plan.

2. Establishes and maintains files on major active accounts within his/her market areas.
与负责市场区域的客户建立良好关系,维持客户资料的更新。
3. Promotes and produces sales leads for other Hilton hotels.
向客户推荐集团内其他连锁酒店。
4. Provides feedback to the Director of Commercial Development/Director of Sales/Senior Sales Managers/Sales Managers on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail, in his/her market areas.
通过直接拜访,电话销售,发送邮件的方式给他/她负责区域的客户,在发现市场有任何变化时,包括竞争对手所有的信息变更,都要及时反馈信息给业务发展总监/销售部总监/高级销售经理。
5. Assist sale manager to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group and contracted clients and plan next step for future follow
协助销售经理负责所有散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店并制定后期跟进计划。
6. To meet and welcome some top key accounts, group organizer and VIP guests upon check-in.
在主要客户、团队负责人及贵宾到店时欢迎其光临或入住酒店。
7. Disseminates sales related information to other departments as appropriate.
适当的将销售部的信息共享与其他部门。
8. Attends all pre-conference meetings, as required, arranged by the Banquet Sales Department and assists in the preparation of post-conference reports.
积极参与宴会及会议沟通协调会,并协助宴会销售部跟进宴会或会议中发生的事件。
9. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established hotel policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
在及时和高效率的一致方法上实施所有职责,根据酒店建立的政策方针保持酒店在市场的有利位置。
10. Establishes and maintains effective team member relations.
建立良好的工作关系。
11. Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients and team members.

12. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
认真履行所分配的工作和特殊任务。

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求:
1. University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大学专科,良好的中英文读写能力。
2. Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少两年在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
Preferred Qualifications 更高的资历要求:
1. Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend anlysis.
了解本地客户的情况并具有很强的市场分析能力。
