The Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for the promotion of the hotel, its image, facilities and services to the general public, customers, the hotel and the community. She is also responsible for gaining positive exposure for the Hotel in the mass media and the community, as well as building a solid presence in the market by maintaining good relationship with the press and the local community.

Coordination and implementation of communication plan for the hotel activities and promotions in coordination with various revenue-earning departments in the hotel (i.e. sales, food and beverage, spa etc.)
协调并执行与酒店所有营运部门的酒店活动和促销的沟通计划（如销售，餐饮等）。
Development of good relations with the media (print, broadcast, etc.) and implementation of the hotel’s publicity campaign.
与媒体建立良好的关系（出版物、广播等），执行酒店的市场宣传活动。
Management of a complete, targeted data base and direct mail campaigns to promote hotel business.
管理一个全面有目标性的资料库，并直接邮寄酒店促销活动广告。
