-Responsible for managing the learning process within the hotel.
-负责管理酒店内的培训。
-Ensure that all learning and development activities are completely aligned with the culture, Accor values, Sofitel strategy.
-确保所有学习与发展活动完全符合文化、雅高价值观、索菲特战略和酒店。
-Maintain training calendar, report and plan.
-负责更新培训日历、报告和计划。
Assist T&C director to prepare the annual training budget.
-协助人才与文化总监完成培训预算。
-Monitor & update heart of house poster & ambassador notice board to maintain & fully demonstrate the Sofitel culture.
-监督和更新海报和大使布告板，以维护和充分展示索菲特文化
-Coordinates and executes ambassador social, athletic and recreational program.
-协调, 组织员工的社会的、运动的和娱乐活动。
-Implement and monitor ambassador relations and motivation through the training program in the hotel.
-通过培训活动促进员工关系、调动员工积极性。
-Monitor the usage of the training equipment and materials.
-监管培训辅助设备的使用。
Qualifications 要求
-Independent, committed and well-organized.
-独立性强、忠诚可靠并具良好的组织能力。
-Must be able to remain calm and polite in stressful situations.
-能够在压力下保持冷静和礼貌。
-Fluent communication skills in both Chinese & English.
-流利的中英文沟通能力。
