·Remainsobservant and responds to each guest who approaches the hotel.

·Maintainshigh visibility with guests and colleagues, ensurethat guest and colleague concerns are resolved in a professional and timelymanner.
积极参与部门日常运营,以确保客人或同事的问题能够在最短的时间内以专业的方式得以解决。
·Stand by inthe Front Desk or lobby area, to assist Front Office Operating department toprovide service at critical guest flow time.
在前台及大堂区域服务客人,并在客流高峰期协助前厅运营部门提供对客服务。
·Coordinate andescort guest for the arrival, stay and departure experience to ensure aseamless experience.
协调和礼貌地引领客人办理入住,退房来保持客人无缝的住宿体验。
·Review arrivalsfor the next ten days on a daily basis.
每天预览后续十天的预进情况,并提前准备。
· Assist VIP andhigh profile loyalty guests with preparation of activity itineraries and groundtransportation when applicable.
在适当的时候,协助贵宾和常住客的进行行程计划和交通的安排。
· Review allloyalty/VIP guest incidents and ensure proper follow up is completed with therelevant departments.
阅览所有贵宾和常住客发生的事故,确保所有事故的跟进已经完成。
·Coordinates with Front Desk, Executive Floor, Concierge and ServiceCenter to ensure a smooth operation and the highest level of guest satisfaction。
协调前台、行政楼层、礼宾部和总机等部门,以确保运营顺畅及客人满意度。
·Detailedhotel product knowledge, up-to-date with VIP arrivals & events within thehotel and the destination.
明晰酒店产品知识,确保贵宾及活动信息的时效性和准确性。
·Verifies thatall information requested by the local police authorities are adhered to andprepared accurately.
确保由当地执法部门所要求的全部事项都被严格遵守并实行。
·Personalinvolvement in the pre-arrivalpreparation, arrival, rooming, and departure of key/VIP guests.
亲自参与到贵宾抵店前的准备工作、入住手续的办理、房间介绍以及离店送别之中。
·Ensure guests’ needs be anticipated, guests’ preferences be collected,and the needs and preferences be met during current stay and future stays.
确保客人的需求被预知、喜好被收集、并且这些需求和喜好在今后会始终被得到满足。
· Communicationwith Front Desk to ensure all VIP and loyalty guests’ billing is correct anddelivered the night prior to departure; schedule check out services with Conciergeteam.
与前台沟通,确保所有贵宾和常住客的账单信息的准确性,并在客人退房前一晚送至客人房间,安排客人退房时的礼宾服务。
·Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities asassigned.
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
