Under the general direction of the Director of Front Services and within the limits of established Rosewood Hotels and local policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of the guest relations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to all guests and with specific responsibility for each guest’s arrival and departure experience.
Assists in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental; standards and procedures and oversees their implementation.
Monitor Front Desk team member to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure.
Other ad hoc tasks and duties as required by Director of Front Service.
