Under the general direction of the Service Centre Manager and within the limits of established Rosewood Hotels brand and local policies and procedures, performs all aspects of Service Centre services to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction.
Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
Ensures smooth internal telecommunication as per hotel standards.
