Assist F&B team to promote food and beverage activities to increase food and beverage income.
- Keep close contact with existing customers and potential customers and partners.
- Efficiently understand and master food and beverage sales leads.
- Use sales and advisory sales techniques to sell hotel products and services
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain services and amenities to guests.
- Carefully plan meetings with customers, implement customer relationship management for scheduled customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Familiar with food and beverage knowledge and restaurant menu.
- Ensure that all reports and services are completed on time.
- Actively disseminate product information and create awareness of the hotel in the responsible market.
