Provides supportive functional assistance to all departments; interact with guests and members of the community within the limits of established residences and local policies and procedures. Coordinates with all departments in the residences
• Ensures the Residences Team maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards (Hotel & LQA) on a daily basis.
• Monitor TrustYou and take necessary action to ensure service level and engagement are always up to hotel standard and goal set by the management in order to maintain high customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assists in planning for future staffing needs
• Assists in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental; standards and procedures and oversees their implementation.
• Monitor Residences team to ensure repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service
• Inspects all VIP rooms prior to arrival
• Greet VIP guests personally
