Director of Sales, base in Beijing/Shanghai
Therole involves assisting to prepare clear Sales strategies for key marketsegments and channels of distribution and ensuring the agreed sales plans areimplemented in accordance with industry best practices.
· Responsible in achievingthe rooms and partial catering sales objectives of the hotel.
· Handles a specificaccount base and ensures the production of room nights.
· Responsible forachieving yearly revenue targets for both Rooms & F&B
· Helps withsales training (Account Management/Presentation Skills training) for theteam.
· Conducts marketresearch on the competitors.
