Handle customer inquiries pertaining to F&B reservation in accordance with the hotel’s service objectives and procedures so that occupancy is optimized
- Handle inquires and bookings from all channels in accordance with the department’s routine
- Prepare and maintains files, reports, letters, memorandums and other relevant business documentation
- Must have a careful and rigorous attitude to work, being able to converse with Hotel different department
