1. Minimum of one year experience in 5-starHotel as in same position;
2. Oral and written fluency in English;
3. Have a good knowledge of personnel policies & procedures;
4. Familiar with the procedure about social insurance, housing fund, work injury and so on;
5. At ease in a multi-cultural environment
6. Good computer skills in relevant working system
7. Commitment to professional values
1. 具备一年以上国际五星级同等岗位工作经验
2. 熟练的英语口语及书面表达能力
3. 对人事政策程序有深入的了解
4. 熟悉当地社保、公积金、工伤等流程的处理
5. 能适应多元化的环境
6. 良好的电脑操作技能
7. 有责任感，专业的工作态度
We are looking for someone who:

1. Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel
2. Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
3. Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office suite
4. Enjoys interacting with people
5. Careful work, a strong sense of responsibility.
6. Good team spirit, good conduct, strong external, and internal communication skills
