As a Director of Sales, we rely on you to

1. Participate in the development and execution of the hotel marketing plan；
2. Establish programs and direct efforts to achieve group and FIT room night goals and to develop ongoing relationships with customers
3. Lead and develop sales team
4. In conjunction with the DOSM and other department heads, maximize rooms inventory and catering space identify opportunities for focused sales programs
5. Maintain close, frequent, open communication with the DOSM and other S&M department heads

We are looking for someone who:
