As a Director of Communications, we rely on you to
作为一名市场传媒总监，你的主要工作职责为：
1. Supervises and directs photography for advertising, collateral and public relations purposes in liaison with the DOSM, the advertising agency and the marketing department at corporate office.
2. Monitors activities of competitor hotels and trends within the industry.
3. Plays a key role in community and government relations as well as VIP handling.
4. Works with the DOSM and advertising agency on the rooms and food & beverage tactical advertising campaigns’ creative and media plans.
5. Takes an integrated approach to DM activities, ensuring a consistent and quality image if projected
1、监督和指导以广告、印刷品和公共关系为目的的拍摄，与市场销售总监，广告公司和集团办公室的营销部门保持联系；
2、掌握活动行业内的竞争对手酒店和趋势；
3、在社区，政府关系以及VIP处理中扮演着重要角色；
4、与市场销售总监及广告公司一起研制出客房和餐饮创新广告活动和媒体计划；
5、采取综合方法参加直销活动，确保形象质量的一致性。
We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
1. 3 years as DOC or CM in a similar size hotel.
2. Fluent oral and written English.
3. Good communication skills and ability to interact well with the media.
4. Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve business goal
1. 在同等星级酒店有过3年市场传媒总监或市场传媒经理工作经验；
2. 熟练的英语口语及书面表达能力；
3. 良好的沟通技巧和与媒体良好互动的能力；
4 .领导和激励团队实现业务目标的能力
