As a Service Leader - Security, we rely on you to
作为一名宾客服务主管-保安部，你的主要工作职责为：
1. Ensure the safety of hotel and guests in accordance to hotel standard
2. Arrange stations and work for guards as per the standard required by department head
3. Re-enforce the control in key area and key activities
4. Hold the security information of each department. Keep eyes on behaviors of the hotel staff
5. Handle the emergency incidents
1、根据标准运作程序，保护酒店和客人的安全
2、根据部门工作要求，安排保安员具体岗位和工作
3、对重点区域和重要活动加强控制
4、掌握各部门的安全防范信息，留意酒店人员的行为
5、处理各种应急事故
We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
1. Able to lead and motivate the team, positive attitude under pressure
2. 1 year experience in a similar capacity or 1 year experience in  hotel
3. Work hard and be good at relationship with colleagues
1、具备较强的团队领导力与较强的抗压能力
2、在相应职位有一年工作经验或在酒店有一年工作经验
3、工作认真，善于与人相处
