1. Maintain a smooth Chinese Restaurant operation on a daily basis.
2. Ensure every guest receives high quality service.
3. Coach and maximize the performance of the team.
4. Interact with customers and improve Chinese Restaurant operation and service based on feedback received.
5. Provide support on urgent issues.
1、确保中餐厅每天的稳定运作；
2、确保每位客人都得到优质的服务；
3、培训团队并使团队效益优异化；
4、与客户进行交流，基于客户反馈提高中餐厅的运作和服务质量；
5、为紧急事件提供支持。
We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
1. Minimum 2 years experience in an international class hotel，at least 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
2. Has a passion for Food & Beverage, enjoys interacting with people, rich restaurant knowledge and management experience.
3. Strong leadership with excellent communication and people management skills.
4. Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language).
5. A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader.
6. Enjoys being creative with an eye for detail.
1、至少2年的国际酒店工作经验，至少1年的相关岗位工作经验；
2、对餐饮有很高的热情，丰富的餐饮知识及餐厅管理经验；
3、具备出色的沟通能力和管理能力；
4、中英文书写及口语较为流畅；
5、是一个友好、乐于助人、值得信赖的候选者；
6、喜欢创新、注重细节。
