Handles all reservation correspondence and inquiries politely, quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
• 通过及时准确地回应社交平台上的潜在客户,将社交平台上的客户成功转化。
Maximize the successful conversion of potential customers on social platforms by responding to potential customers on social platforms in a timely and accurately manner.
• 提供有效,友好,专注的服务,满足或超过客人的期望。
To ensure that guests expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
• 预先判断出客人的需要并为客人推荐最适合的产品。

要求Requirements:
