工程主管 Engineering Supervisor

1.协助值班工程师和副总工程师有关酒店和建筑的辅助维修保养工作，确保工作达到行业中的高标准，以使顾客满意。
Assist the Shift Engineer or Chief Engineerwith general hotel and building minor maintenance and ensure that work iscompleted to a high standard within your established trade which meets theneeds and expectations of your customers.
2.负责电力方面的所有工作任务。按照值班工程师的分配开展电力系统的维修及保养工作。Perform all duties in the electrical field. Carry out repair and maintenance work on electrical appliances, equipment, and systems as assigned by duty engineer.
3.严格遵守有关规章制度，确保大厦配电系统，夜景灯，高低压配电机房，发电机房，配电箱系统，强电井，防雷检测系统，电梯系统、电工仓库，旋转门系统等设备正常运行，确保负责的区域设施设备和机房卫生干净整洁无异味。
Strictly abide by the relevant rules andregulations, ensure the normal operation of the building's power distributionsystem, night view lights, high and low voltage power distribution room, powergeneration room, power distribution box system, strong electric well, lightning protection detection system, elevator system, electrical warehouse, revolving door system and other equipment, and ensure the responsible area facilities and equipment room clean, clean and no odor.
4.高配电工在配电室当班时是运行的负责人，在操作上应听从值班工程师的指挥。
On his duty, he is responsible to the normal running of H.V room, upon operation he must follow the command of the duty engineer.
5.在执行断电和送电运作中应该执行有关的操作程序。
To execute relevant operation procedure during power-cut and power supply running.
6.负责进行设备的故障和事故处理。
He is responsible to solve the faults and accidents of the equipments.
7.负责所有大楼的配电和照明设备的维修和保养。
He is responsible to all the power supply & the lighting equipments’ maintenance in the mansion.
负责中央吸尘系统的维修，保养。
Responsible for the repairing and maintenance of the central vacuum system.
