岗位:中厨房上什
1.主要职责是协助厨房正常运作,其包括编制菜单、成本控制、特殊事件操作、不断推出新式菜肴、根据出品标准保证食品质量及全面了解我们的产品知识。围绕朗廷集团的五大核心价值-信任、正直、尊重、一个团队及服务与品牌精神推广我们的产业文化。
Assist in the management of Kitchen Operations including menu planningand costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining foodquality standards and comprehensive product knowledge. Promotes the desiredwork culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Teamand Service of the Langham Hotels Group and the brand ethos.
2.监督厨房所有员工的工作,控制设备及成本,以尽可能增加效益。
Supervisethe function of all kitchen employees, facilities and costs, hence contributesto maximizing the overall Food & Beverage department profit.
3.负责本部所有食品的准备,烹饪及装饰,以确保达到质量要求。
Responsiblefor the production, preparation and presentation of all food items in areasconcerned to ensure highest quality atall times.
