Prepares proposals and contracts that are geared to maximize profitwhile satisfying client needs准备商业计划和合同,为满足客户需求的同时,做到利润最大化
Solicits files on a timely basis to confirm business 及时确认业务
Uses outside sales calls, prospecting, hotels tours and hosting ofclients to solicit new business通过销售拜访、旅行社和其他公司客户来开拓新业务
Contacts in-house customers to retain and grow existing business, repeatbookings or referrals to other Carlson Hotels 保持与现有客户的良好关系,并推荐到其他卡尔森集团的酒店。
Reviews individual and team goals on a weekly basis; recommends andtakes appropriate actions to achieve objectives in key result areas每周回顾个人和团队的目标,并采取适当的行动来实现目标
Ensure all materials used are in accordance with brand standards确保销售部所有物品都是符合集团标准的。
