1.Participate in food safety training for food processing personnel.
Implement food temperature and time control, weekly food processing inspection checklist, warehouse management, and supervision of monthly food safety training reports.
Maintain the safety of food and storage in the hotel in accordance with local regulations and food safety system standards, and improve the hotel's quality management system.
2.Responsible for all written work in the F&B.
Carry out special assignments, be proficient in the use of computers and translate various written documents.
Co-ordinate the handling of Department activities and collect relevant information on behalf of the F&B Manager.
Filing of monthly returns and other reports and statements, attendance, imprests, expense sheets, etc.
Handle mail for the Department, organise office filing system, typing, faxing, photocopying and other equipment and maintain proper documentation records.
Ensure that memos are out for filing within 24 hours.
