We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager with following duties and requirements:

As an Assistant Front Office Manager, we rely on you to:
作为酒店前厅部副经理,需承担以下主要工作职责:
1、Take full responsibility for the daily operation and management of the Front Office, including reception, inquiry, cashier, concierge, etc., ensuring efficient and orderly services.
全面负责前厅部日常运营管理,包括接待、问询、收银、礼宾等板块,确保服务高效有序。
2、Develop and implement Front Office service standards and procedures, supervise staff compliance, and continuously enhance guest experience.
制定并执行前厅服务标准与流程,监督员工落实,持续提升宾客体验。
3、Manage team scheduling, training, and performance evaluation to improve employees' professional skills and service awareness.
管理团队排班、培训及绩效考核,提升员工专业技能与服务意识。
4、Coordinate room status management and reservation arrangements, optimize room sales, and align with revenue management strategies.
统筹房态管理与预订协调,优化客房销售,配合收益管理策略。
5、Handle guest complaints, special requests, and emergencies to ensure guest satisfaction and protect the hotel's reputation.
处理宾客投诉、特殊需求及突发事件,保障宾客满意度与酒店声誉。
6、Monitor operational costs of the Front Office, including materials and manpower, to ensure compliance with budget standards.
监控前厅部运营成本,包括物料、人力等,确保符合预算标准。
7、Maintain close collaboration with Housekeeping, Sales, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of check-in, check-out, and other processes.
与客房、销售、餐饮等部门密切协作,保障入住、退房等环节顺畅衔接。
8、Regularly analyze Front Office operational data (e.g., occupancy rate, customer satisfaction) and propose and implement improvement plans.
定期分析前厅运营数据(如入住率、客户满意度等),提出改进方案并落地。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备:
1、College degree or above in Hotel Management or related fields.
酒店管理或相关专业大专及以上学历。
2、At least 5 years of experience in hotel Front Office, with no less than 2 years in a managerial role.
至少5年酒店前厅部工作经验,其中不少于2年管理岗位经验。
3、Familiar with the entire Front Office operational process and proficient in hotel systems (e.g., Opera).
熟悉前厅运营全流程,熟练操作酒店系统(如Opera等)。
4、Strong leadership and team management experience, capable of effectively motivating the team to achieve goals.
具备较强的领导能力与团队管理经验,能有效激励团队达成目标。
5、Excellent communication, coordination, and adaptability skills, able to properly handle various guest issues.
拥有优秀的沟通协调能力与应变能力,能妥善处理各类宾客问题。
6、Basic awareness of revenue management, with an understanding of pricing strategies and channel management logic.
具备基础的收益管理意识,了解房价策略与渠道管理逻辑。
7、Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to meet communication needs of international guests.
英语听说读写流利,能应对国际宾客沟通需求。
8、Meticulous in work, strong stress tolerance, and attention to service details and brand standards.
工作严谨细致,抗压能力强,注重服务细节与品牌标准。
