As a Human Resources Supervisor, we rely on you to:
作为酒店人力资源主管,需承担以下主要工作职责:
1、Implement the hotel's compensation and benefits policies. Maintain strict confidentiality of compensation information at all times.
执行酒店的薪酬福利政策。在任何时候都要对薪酬保密。
2、Establish, maintain and manage the hotel's attendance system, ensuring that attendance records and salary disbursements go through approval procedures, and that salary payments are accurate and comply with the group's relevant standards and regulations.
建立、维护和管理酒店考勤系统,确保考勤和薪资发放都经过审批程序,确保薪酬发放的准确性以及符合集团的相关标准和规定。
3、Handle matters related to social insurance, housing provident fund and other statutory benefits.
处理五险一金等事宜。
4、Update monthly headcount reports, turnover rate reports and other relevant HR reports.
更新月度人数报告,流动率报告等相关的人力资源报告。
5、Be responsible for recording and filing employees' personal change forms, including those for onboarding, probation confirmation, position adjustments and resignations.
负责员工的个人变动表如入职、转正、职位变动、离职等记录并归档。
6、Maintain information in the personnel management system to ensure its validity and accuracy.
负责人事管理系统的信息维护,确保信息的有效性和准确性。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备:
1、Junior college degree or above; majors in human resources, financial management, or related fields are preferred.
大专及以上学历,人力资源、财务管理等相关专业优先。
2、At least 2 years of practical experience in compensation and benefits, familiar with social security, individual income tax policies and processes.
2年以上薪酬福利实操经验,熟悉社保、个税等政策流程。
3、Solid data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel and other office software.
具备扎实的数据分析能力,熟练使用 Excel 等办公软件。
4、Meticulous, with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
严谨细致,有良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力。
5、Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, capable of effectively avoiding compensation management risks.
了解劳动法律法规,能有效规避薪酬管理风险。
6、Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility, able to adapt to periodic high-intensity work.
具备保密意识和责任心,适应周期性高强度工作。
